Hi, I’m Dr. Molly Caughlan.
I am a physical therapist who provides personalized, holistic care to help people meet their movement and recovery goals in order to live their fullest lives.
My Approach
Holistic and Collaborative
My treatment lenses see the whole person and I appreciate the interconnectedness of our body’s many systems. I zoom in and out of different body parts to connect the dots and address the root causes of symptoms. I often collaborate with other providers in a team approach to widen the scope of investigation and treatment.
Safe and Supportive
I am here to help you understand your symptoms in a language that works for you. This helps define where your body is and creates treatment possibilities in a safe space free of judgement.
Tailored and Customizable
My clients come to care with specific challenges and appreciate my ability to meet them where they are. Together we successfully build skillsets to meet their goals.

Patient Testimonials
Bri
“I have been working with Molly for a few years now and have gained so much knowledge and support when it comes to managing my pelvic pain. She is really knowledgeable, intuitive, and adaptable in all kinds of hands on work, strengthening exercise, and breathing techniques to help connect mind and body. Molly holds an inclusive and compassionate space, which is essential for me as a trans and queer woman. I am very grateful for her and how far along I have come in my healing journey.”
Becky
“Let me just start off by saying Molly is amazing! From the moment I met her, I knew she would be my Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Savior! I came to Molly after years of having painful sex and accepting it as the norm, with limited hope that I’d ever be able to get past it. We came up with a plan, and with consistency both with Molly in person and with assigned homework, I was able to see drastic improvements and was finally able to have pain-free sex and even conceive and birth a baby!
I’ve also seen Molly over the years for orthopedic issues that have popped up and she’s always been helpful in identifying the problem, making a plan, and helping me get back to full strength so I can do my runs and lifts pain-free.
Molly is kind, knowledgeable, smart, caring, respectful, and encouraging, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get out of pain, both for pelvic floor and orthopedic issues alike.”
